Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

A valid drivers license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. Motor vehicles, Watercraft and RV must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.
While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of local movers available for your use. Check the yellow pages under the heading "movers" or search online for "lubbock movers" for a complete list in our area.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

Our storage facility is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. We can provide new tenants with a brochure from one of these companies. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.
You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high-quality lock at our storage office.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at most locations. Payments after hours can be placed in our night payment box. Checks or money orders only... please DO NOT put cash in this box.
We will gladly accept packages and mail plus notify you when they arrive. The items will remain in the storage office until you pick them up. Other arrangements can be made on an individual basis. Contact the manager.
The minimum rental period is 1 month. You may use the space for a few days, a few weeks or all month however we are unable to offer refunds for early move-outs.
